"I help clinicians and biologists achieve their dream of developing and delivering precision medicine and treatment to patients, using my data analytics and AI skills."
"As an experienced data scientist, I see myself holding a central role by providing actionable insights and enabling data-driven decisions to stakeholders -- policy makers, senior management, scientists, software developers as well as end-user customers."
I am a cross-disciplinary (biomedical) data scientist, bioinformatician, and software developer.
I am experienced in data analytics including machine learning applied to molecular omics (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics), radiomics (mpMRI and CT radomics),
and clinical (e.g. EHR, survival) datasets for clinical applications including patient diagnostics and treatment recommendations.
I have built extensive ML pipelines deployed on the AWS cloud with aesthetically pleasing front-end (Web-based) interface for
data analytics [Check them out] (restricted access only).
